    McCarthy to leave Blackburn in January - agent

    Benni McCarthy wants to leave Blackburn and will seeking a January move in a bid to revive his career, according to his agent. The South Africa striker has struggled to hold down a regular first-team place this season, making just one start in 10 league games, while he has failed to score for Sam Allardyce's team since the start of the new campaign.
