    Substitute Robert headed a 86th-minute equaliser to salvage a 2-2 draw for leaders Palmeiras at home to mid-table Avai in the Brazilian championship on Thursday. Palmeiras are five points ahead of second-placed Sao Paulo with 54 points after 28 matches.
