Monday, September 28, 2009 Lucien Favre has paid the price for a disastrous run of form at Hertha Berlin after the German club announced on Monday that they have parted company with their manager. Favre had presided over a run of six successive defeats, culminating in a humbling 5-1 loss at the hands of Hoffenheim on Sunday. With Hertha rock bottom of the league and struggling to stem the flow of goals conceded the club have now acted to remove Favre and temporarily replace him with Under-23 manager Karsten Heine. Af ...
