Hamburg coach Bruno Labbadia is confident he has signed a proven goalscorer after Marcus Berg completed his move from Dutch side FC Groningen. The 22-year-old Sweden international has agreed a five-year contract with the transfer fee undisclosed, although Groningen did confirm it was a club record. Berg has been prolific for both club and country, scoring 32 goals in 56 games for Groningen and 14 in 19 for Sweden Under-21s.
