    Latics agree fee for Swans' striker Scotland

    Swansea striker Jason Scotland is on the verge of linking up with former manager Roberto Martinez at Wigan after they agreed a fee with Swansea. The Latics lodged an official bid with the Swans on Tuesday and chairman Huw Jenkins said he and the board needed a couple of days to consider it.
