Friday, July 3, 2009 Bolton midfielder Sean Davis says he joined Wanderers because he felt he wasn't appreciated by the Portsmouth hierarchy. The midfielder joined Wanderers on a free transfer on Wednesday, six months after Pompey rejected a £3.5million bid for the midfielder from the same club. Wanderers boss Gary Megson snapped up the 29-year-old on a three-year deal after his contract with the south coast side expired.
