Burnley manager Owen Coyle has made his third signing of the summer by securing the services of defender David Edgar. The 22-year-old Canadian has agreed a four-year deal with the newly-promoted Premier League side. Because of his age, Burnley are now in the process of trying to agree a development fee with Newcastle United, where his contract expired on Tuesday.
