Tuesday, June 30, 2009 Gold Coast United's soccer match against the Singapore Olympic side was postponed on Tuesday after the Australian club failed to make it to the Southeast Asian city-state due to aeroplane problems. The A-League club had been due to clash with the U23 Singapore side at the Jurong West stadium but the match the Australians' plane suffered a mechanical failure prior to departure on Monday night.
