Monday, December 1, 2008 Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon has revealed that they are highly unlikely to make any new signings when the transfer window reopens at the end of the month. Instead, Kenyon insists boss Luiz Felipe Scolari will have to rely on players returning from injury to act as fresh faces in a Chelsea side which has begun to look a little stale over the past month.
