Thursday, November 20, 2008 England skipper John Terry blamed himself - and exonerated goalkeeper Scott Carson - for gifting Germany's Patrick Helmes an equaliser early in the second half in Berlin. Terry was happy to make amends with his late header that gave England their fifth straight victory.
