    A roundup of notable U.S. players in action in Europe over the past two weeks: England Premier League Brad Friedel, Aston Villa: Friedel usually has his hands full when facing Arsenal, but he won't get a much easier clean sheet than Saturday's 2-0 win in London against the inconsistent Gunners.
