Blackburn Rovers striker Roque Santa Cruz has admitted he would relish the opportunity to link up with Mark Hughes and Robinho at Manchester City. The 27-year-old was brought to Ewood Park by Hughes during the Welshman's time as Rovers boss, which came to an end when he left for Eastlands in the summer. City's subsequent takeover by the Abu Dhabi United Group has left Hughes with an effectively bottomless war chest, which would not have been dented to any significant degree by the £32.5million ...
