Kris Boyd has confirmed he will not play for Scotland again while George Burley is manager. The Rangers striker was an unused substitute in yesterday's goalless World Cup qualifier against Norway at Hampden. Boyd told BBC Scotland that he has informed both Burley and Scottish Football Association chief executive Gordon Smith of his decision.
