    Darren Bent is determined to lift Tottenham off the foot of the Barclays Premier League and fears getting cut adrift if they do not kick-start their season immediately. Spurs are enduring their worst start to a campaign since 1912, and they face Stoke next week as they look for their first league win of the season.
