Blatter rails against cash-rich investors

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has called for tighter regulations on club ownership to deal with "out of control" investment in the Premier League. Blatter addressed MEPs at the European Union on Monday when he outlined the need for greater controls over who is permitted to invest in the game.
