The 28-year-old has been ruled out for two weeks by his club because of a calf injury sustained in the first half of the midweek defeat of Everton. It means he is unlikely to figure in the Wembley clash on October 11 - and also calls into question his availability for the match in Belarus four days later. It is a big blow ...
