Booth wins South African recall to squad

JOHANNESBURG, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Russia-based defender Matthew Booth has won a recall to the South Africa squad for the first time in three years, being named for a World Cup qualifier against Nigeria next month. Booth, from FC Krylya Sovetov Samara, was included in a 24-man squad on Wednesday by coach Joel Santana for the African zone Group Four match in Port Elizabeth on Sept. 6.
