    New Mexico boss Sven-Goran Eriksson insists he was happy with his side's performance despite watching them scrape past Honduras in his first competitive game in charge. The 'Tri' opened the semi-final stage of the Concacaf qualifiers with a hard-fought 2-1 win, Stuttgart's Pavel Pardo scoring twice after Julio Cesar De Leon had put the visitors in front.
