Skipper John Terry says England head coach Fabio Capello and his much-criticised squad need to 'thrash out' their problems ahead of next month's World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Croatia. Terry agreed that England need to improve considerably on Wednesday's performance in a pallid 2-2 draw with the Czech Republic at Wembley where pride was salvaged by a last-gasp goal from Joe Cole.
