    Pep Guardiola thanked his side for giving him a comfortable night's work in his first competitive match in the Barcelona hotseat on Wednesday. Barca have enjoyed a hugely successful pre-season under new coach Guardiola, and that continued in the first leg of their Champions League third-qualifying-round tie against Wisla Krakow, which saw the Catalan giants record a 4-0 win.
