Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has expressed his regret at the club's failure to sign Frank Lampard but insists the squad is now complete - ruling out the arrival of Porto winger Ricardo Quaresma. The 30-year-old England midfielder elected to remain at Chelsea despite only having a year left on his contract and Moratti believes the Italians were right to opt for Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari instead of persisting with their pursuit of Lampard.
