Deportivo La Coruna have accepted a bid from Newcastle for Argentina defender Fabricio Coloccini. A statement on Depor's official website confirmed the two clubs reached a verbal agreement last week and that has now been followed up with a formal written offer. Depor claim the fee could rise to 13 million euros. The statement read: 'Real Club Deportivo and Newcastle have agreed the transfer of Fabricio Coloccini to the English club.
