Tuesday, August 5, 2008 FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England goalkeeper Matt Reis tipped a shot by Corey Ashe off the crossbar in the eighth round of penalty kicks to give the Revolution a 6-5 penalty shootout victory over the Houston Dynamo Tuesday for the SuperLiga championship. New England and Houston were tied at 1-1 at the end of regulation and 2-2 at the end of two 15-minute overtime periods.
