Former Luton Town defender Chris Perry believes the crisis-torn League Two club require 'a miracle' to survive relegation from the Football League after they were dealt another crushing points deduction. The Hatters, who had 10 points deducted earlier in the summer after breaching Football Association regulations over agents fees, had an extra 20 taken away by the Football League on Thursday.
