Ajax have agreed a 16.25million euros fee for the transfer of forward Miralem Sulejmani from Eredivisie rivals Heerenveen. The 19-year-old Serbia international - one of new coach Marco van Basten's main summer targets - agreed personal terms with the Amsterdam outfit earlier this week.
