Wednesday, November 15, 2006 Major League Soccer released the list of unprotected players for the upcoming expansion draft. The expansion draft for new franchise Toronto FC will take place on Friday, Nov. 17 at 1 p.m. ET. Each MLS team was allowed to protect 11 players on its current 28-man roster. Toronto FC will make a total of 10 selections, with no more than one player from each MLS team.
