MIAMI, FL -- New USL franchise Miami FC announced the signing of Brazilian midfielder Zinho, World Cup winner with Brazil in the 1994 World Cup. Crizam Cesar de Oliveira Filho, better known as Zinho, is the new and stellar addition to the only professional soccer club in South Florida.
