Thursday, January 23, 2003 Brazilian goalkeeper Marcos was weighing up the option of joining Arsenal with immediate effect as he jetted in to London this morning. The World Cup winner has only to finalise personal terms on a four-and-a-half year contract. Marcos has already passed a medical, but it has been unclear when the player would officially become a Gunners player after a £2.4 million from Palmeiras.
