ESPNOutdoors.com Monday, November 9, 2009 Is it just me or do any of you who live in the Great Lakes region of the U.S. feel tired of the cold? I know, I know, it's November and the upper regions of the country get colder, but I'm talking about all of 2009. At almost every turn, this past spring, summer and fall thus far, when I've had time to go fishing it rained and or was chilly, in fact downright cold.
