LSU loses Scott for regular season

LSU running back Charles Scott broke his collarbone against Alabama on Saturday and is lost for the remainder of the regular season, the school announced on Sunday night. Scott, a senior, might be able to return for a bowl game. He rushed for 83 yards on 13 carries, but the Tigers (No. 8 BCS, No. 9 AP) lost to the Crimson Tide (No. 2 BCS, No. 3 AP).
