Inactives: Westbrook out against Cowboys

PHILADELPHIA -- It's official, Eagles running back Brian Westbrook has been declared inactive for tonight's game against the Cowboys. Westbrook, who missed last week's game due to headaches as a result of a concussion, practiced twice this week but didn't on Friday and coach Andy Reid said he was OK.
