Saturday, November 7, 2009 Running back Ryan Moats will start for the Houston Texans, coach Gary Kubiak told ESPN's Bob Holtzman on Saturday. The Texans play at the Colts at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Steve Slaton, who fumbled on his only carry in the Texans' win over Buffalo last week, will share carries with Moats. Moats took over against the Bills with 23 carries for 126 yards.
