MOSCOW -- American Jessica Hardy broke her own 50-meter breaststroke short-course world record when she clocked 29.36 seconds at a World Cup meeting on Saturday. It was one of three world records broken on the second day of the two-day competition in Moscow. The 22-year-old set the previous record of 29.45 at the first leg of the World Cup in Durban, South Africa, last month.
