Friday, November 6, 2009 PARIS -- American Andy Roddick has withdrawn from the Paris Masters, which starts Sunday, organizers said Friday. The world No. 6 is nursing a knee injury that forced him to retire from the Shanghai Masters last month. He was not included in the draw for the Paris tournament made Friday.
