Marshall leaves with leg injury

GREENVILLE, N.C. -- East Carolina safety Dekota Marshall and tight end Rob Kass both could be lost for the season following injuries in the Pirates' 16-3 loss to No. 22 Virginia Tech on Thursday night. Marshall was hurt when he took a hard hit near midfield while on punt coverage with about 10 minutes left in the first quarter.
