Thursday, November 5, 2009 If you take a look at the ESPN fantasy scoring leaders you'll see a category in the wide receiver section that some people either aren't aware of, or don't consider. There are receptions, yards and touchdowns, and then there is TAR, which is targets. To some, this category, which tracks how many times the player has had a pass thrown in his general vicinity, whether he catches it for a touchdown or it bounces five feet in front of him, is meaningless.
