Phillips: Coaching continuity key to success

Moments after the Dallas Cowboys' season ended with a flop in Philadelphia, owner Jerry Jones preached continuity in the losers' locker room. Jones has said that week that he wouldn't fire Wade Phillips, regardless of the results against the Eagles. Even a 44-6 embarrassment with a playoff berth on the line couldn't change Jones' mind.
