Wizards' Miller sprains shoulder

WASHINGTON -- Washington Wizards guard Mike Miller sprained his left shoulder in the fourth quarter of the Wizards' game against Miami on Wednesday night and is expected to miss seven to 10 days. Miller first hurt the shoulder in the third quarter in a collision with the Heat's Mario Chalmers. He immediately clutched his shoulder and was taken to the locker room.
