How important is a coach who can flat-out recruit in a program that has great tradition? The answer is ... very important. Just take a trip down to Chapel Hill, N.C. Look at what the Tar Heels have done. How many teams could lose three first-round draft picks (Tyler Hansbrough, Ty Lawson and Wayne Ellington), plus a fourth player who was an integral member of a national championship team (Danny Green), and still compete for an ACC regular-season title?
