Wednesday, November 4, 2009 Washington State continues to do well recruiting the Bay Area. The Cougars landed a talented running back from the region Tuesday night. Ricky Galvin (Berkeley, Calif.) took official visits to Washington State and San Diego State before committing to the Cougars.
