Wednesday, November 4, 2009 The Chicago Cubs are considering moving to a new spring training facility in Florida or Arizona, ESPNChicago.com's Bruce Levine reported. New Cubs owner Tom Ricketts and his family, along with team president Crane Kenney, are touring as many as three possible sites in the Phoenix area via helicopter Wednesday, team sources told Levine.
