LAS VEGAS, Nev. (Oct. 31, 2009) — The Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) took over Las Vegas' Thomas & Mack Center for the second round of the 2009 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals. PBR is looking to crown its 16th World Champion who will take home a $1 million bonus and the coveted gold belt buckle.
