Wednesday, November 4, 2009 Philadelphia Eagles running back Brian Westbrook is expected to play Sunday vs the Dallas Cowboys, coach Andy Reid said on a conference call with reporters Wednesday. Westbrook missed last week's game against the New York Giants with a concussion. In his place was running back LeSean McCoy, who earned his third start of the season. "Brian's OK," Reid said.
