The way Boras sees it, under his plan everyone would have the opportunity to attend a World Series. Even Cubs and Pirates fans. To arrange this, he says, you need to hold two games in a designated city on set dates. This would allow fans to plan short vacations around the World Series and open the Fall Classic up to everyone, not just fans whose teams win the pennant that year. " ... Activate your ESPN Profile!
