Tuesday, November 3, 2009 How did the Dallas Mavericks come back from a 15-point deficit at the beginning of the fourth quarter? Simple: Hop on the big German's back. To put it simply, Dirk Nowitzki had the best quarter in franchise history to carry the Mavs to a 96-85 victory over the Utah Jazz. Dirk dropped 29 points in the frame, breaking a Mavs record for points in the quarter that had stood for 25 years.
