Tuesday, November 3, 2009 You might recall that the Cowboys finished third in the NFC East last season, losing to the second-place team by a mere 38 points with a playoff berth at stake. Well, as we near the halfway mark of this season, the Cowboys are officially the team to beat in the NFC East. At least, that's what the distinguished ESPN.com NFL Power Rankings panel believes.
