Tuesday afternoon quick hitters. • Running back Eduardo Clements (Miami/Booker T. Washington) became the second highly-regarded running back to commit to the Hurricanes this week when he announced his decision on Tuesday. He joins Under Armour All-American Storm Johnson (Loganville, Ga./Loganville), who announced his decision over the weekend. ESPN affiliate InsidetheU.com was the first report Clements' decision.
