Cassie Harberts, ranked No. 11 in the 2010 class by ESPN HoopGurlz, has changed her mind a second time. The 6-foot-2 senior from San Clemente, Calif., has de-committed from Arizona State University and has verbally committed to sign a National Letter of Intent with the Trojans of USC.
