ESPN Monday, November 2, 2009 Former Boston College quarterback Dominique Davis said Monday he will transfer to East Carolina. Davis will have two years of eligibility after transferring from Fort Scott Community College in Kansas. "It's the best fit for me and the best offense for me," Davis said.
