That's the word from Baseball Prospectus' Kiley McDaniel about Cuban left-hander Noel Arguelles. Joey Matschulat at Baseball Time in Arlington linked to a McDaniel tweet, where he says the Texas Rangers, Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Rays, Oakland Athletics and Boston Red Sox are interested in in Arguelles.
